Or you just feel unsatisfied with life in general. You wish you could just get back to "normal" or better yet, you wish you could feel good, really good, again.

Therapy can help you work through all of your feelings and past hurts and finally heal those open wounds. It is possible to experience happiness again and find meaning in your life.

I strive to develop strong, positive relationships with my clients where I can be supportive, yet also challenging at times, to promote your healing.
