You’ll receive education on the foundational principles and techniques of yoga to build a strong base.
I will guide you through tailored movements, meditation practices, and/or breathwork designed to meet your unique needs.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalized practice to continue between sessions, helping you progress at your own pace.
